There are 4  Simple Methods available to Fix This Error

I recommend Method 4 it fixed my problem 

1. Clear Data and Cache 

  • This Error occurs when the cache of the application is increased. Go to settings and clear the cache and data
  • Now Try Downloading Youtube Videos if the problem still occurs go to the second method
2. Reinstalling 

  • This problem is usually caused by a defect in the android system. When this happens, uninstall and reinstall the app.
  • Now Try Downloading Youtube Videos if the problem still occurs go to the third method

3. Restart Your Phone 
  • turn off the phone and open it. Press on the button of the phone and the volume button at the same time. Switch off your phone and turn it on
